保険金部では支払の正確性・迅速性・公平性を高度に維持することが重要なミッションです。 近年、請求件数の増加や請求内容の多様化に加え、モラルリスク請求への対応や、将来の商品開発・引受戦略へのデータ活用の重要性が高まっています。 本ポジションでは、過去および現在の保険金・給付金支払データを中心に、各種データ分析ツールを活用して分析・可視化を行い、業務高度化や経営判断に資する示唆を創出していただきます。 保険金・給付金支払データの収集、加工、分析 Tableau、SAS、SQL、Python等を用いたデータ分析・可視化 モラルリスク請求の傾向分析・検知ロジックの検討 分析結果を踏まえた業務プロセス改善の企画・推進 関係部署（商品開発、引受、IT部門等）との連携・情報提供 将来の新商品開発や引受基準見直しに向けた分析支援 （変更の範囲）企画立案・折衝調整・コンサルティング・事務・管理等の業務全般 データに基づき論理的に物事を考え、課題解決に取り組める方 数字やデータから「示唆」を導き、分かりやすく伝えることができる方 生命保険ビジネスや社会的意義のある業務に関心を持てる方 自ら課題を見つけ、主体的に改善提案・行動ができる方 関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、チームで成果を出せる方 〈組織としてのミッション〉 データ分析を通じた支払業務の高度化・効率化 モラルリスク請求の抑止・早期発見による健全な支払体制の構築 分析結果を将来の商品開発・引受戦略へ還元する仕組みづくり 〈個人としてのミッション〉 担当領域における分析テーマの立案から実行・提案までを主体的に推進 分析スキル・業務理解を活かし、部門内のデータ活用を牽引 将来的には部門のデータ分析をリードする中核人財としての活躍 入社後は、保険金・給付金支払データの分析担当として専門性を発揮し支払部門におけるデータ分析の中核人財としての活躍を期待します。将来的には商品開発・引受部門と連携する横断的データ分析担当やデータ活用戦略を担う企画・マネジメントポジションなど、志向や適性に応じた多様なキャリア形成が可能です。
