■株式会社TENTIALについて 「健康に前向きな社会を創り、人類のポテンシャルを引き出す。」をミッションに掲げ、2018年の創業以来、急成長を続けるスタートアップです。 TENTIAL（テンシャル）は、2019年に誕生したコンディショニングブランドで、 アスリートの知見や最新の技術・研究を活用し、機能性を軸とした、24時間365日、コンディショニングができる製品を展開しています。 詳細はこちら ■お任せしたい役割 社内外の多様なプレイヤーを巻き込みながら、コンディショニングの社会実装に向けてCRO室が取り組む各種プロジェクトをリードしていただくことが、主なミッションです。 （CRO室：Chief Research and Development Officer室） ■具体的な業務内容 各種プロジェクト（企業・自治体等との事業開発業務、アウトカム検証、調査分析、サステナビリティ関連業務業等）の企画・推進 関連する業界動向・競合情報・社会トレンド等に関する情報収集とレポーティング 企業・自治体・関連機関・専門家などとのリレーション構築 全社戦略、室の方針等を踏まえた企画の検討とその提案 社内関係部門と連携したプロジェクトの推進および進捗管理 プロジェクトの成果分析 成果分析を踏まえた次のアクションの設定 ※業務内容の変更範囲：全ての業務への転換あり ■魅力・やりがい 社内外の多様なプレイヤーと関わりながら、幅広いネットワークを築ける環境であること コンディショニングの社会実装に向けた多様なプロジェクトを担当し、企画から実行まで深く関与できること 企業・自治体・関連機関への提案や協業を通じて、事業の中長期的な成長に直接寄与できること ■使用ツール Slack Notion Google Workspace ■選考フロー 書類選考→一次面接→二次面接→最終面接→内定 ※応募状況により変更になる場合があります ※選考中に筆記試験をお願いする場合がありますCompany Info
