■募集の職務内容 （雇入れ直後） 2050年のネットゼロ達成を見据え、グリーン水素製造のあり方をモデルベースで検討する。 再生可能エネルギーや系統電力などの供給条件、水素需要および貯蔵を考慮しつつ、水電解システムの構成と制御設計の最適化を図るとともに、各構成要素の開発に向けた指針の整理を行う。 これらに基づき、モデル構築およびシステム設計コンセプトの妥当性を検証する。また状況に応じて、関連技術である燃料電池などの電気化学デバイスを活用したシステムの検討も行う。 （変更の範囲）研究及び所運営にかかる業務全般Company Info
Toyota Central R&D Labs., Inc. is the research institute of the Toyota Group, established in November 1960 with joint investment from the Toyota Group companies. Located in Nagakute, Aichi, Japan, it conducts both fundamental and applied research across a wide range of fields for the Toyota Group and its partners. The company employs approximately 800 researchers and 150 planning and operations professionals, focusing on scientific research and technological innovation to advance academic and industrial development.
