Job Summary

■募集の職務内容（雇入れ直後）・スパイキングニューラルネットワーク（SNN）およびイベント駆動計算に関する数理モデル化・解析（ダイナミクス、安定性、学習則、近似誤差、計算量・エネルギー指標など）。・既存のニューロモーフィック・ハードウェア／実機環境を用いたアルゴリズム検証・実験。・ハードウェア制約（スパイク表現、重みビット幅、通信・ルーティング、オンチップ学習、遅延、メモリ等）を踏まえたハードウェア指向（hardware-aware）アルゴリズム設計、マッピング／コンパイル／最適化。・将来的にはハードウェア研究者と協働し、アルゴリズム側の要請（学習則、表現、疎結合、通信形態）を踏まえた新アーキテクチャ提案（評価指標設計・実証まで）。（変更の範囲）研究及び所運営にかかる業務全般 ■求める人物像・数式で見通しを立てて、実機・実装で確かめることが好きな人（理論と検証の両輪）。・未成熟な領域で、評価指標やベースラインから作り、論点を整理しながら前進できる人。・ハードウェア研究者・応用側研究者と共通言語を作ることを厭わず、制約を味方にして設計できる人。
