株式会社LINEAイノベーションは、「Future Energy to the Future Generations—核融合エネルギーがあたりまえな世界を未来の子どもたちに届ける」というミッションを掲げ、2023年9月に設立されたスタートアップです。私たちは、トカマク、ヘリカル、レーザー方式等が目指すD-T（重水素-三重水素）核融合とは一線を画す、中性子の発生が極めて少ない（実質的に「中性子フリー」な）p-11B（水素-ホウ素）核融合の実現を目指す革新的な核融合炉の開発に、日本大学のFRC技術と筑波大学のミラー技術をを組み合わせた独自アプローチを基盤に挑戦しています。このアプローチは、中性子による脆化・放射化や放射性物質である三重水素（トリチウム）の取扱いといった従来方式の課題を大幅に緩和し、シンプルで安全、かつ高い経済性を持つ核融合炉の早期の社会実装を目指します。現在、私たちは数年以内のp-11B反応実証、および2030年代初頭の発電実証という明確なマイルストーンに向け、研究開発を加速しています。 核融合実験装置全体の機械系の設計・開発を担っていただきます。真空容器、コイル、支持構造などの機械設計を主軸とし、強磁場・高温・高電圧環境下での構造健全性を担保しながら、製造・運用までを見据えた設計・開発を主導するアーキテクトとして活躍いただける方を募集します。 核融合実験装置の機械設計（熱・構造解析、電磁力解析、絶縁、真空など） 強磁場・高温・高電圧環境下における設計評価 外注メーカー協力会社（材料、機械加工メーカー等）への製作依頼指示、技術折衝、および工程・品質管理Company Info
