株式会社LINEAイノベーションは、「Future Energy to the Future Generations—核融合エネルギーがあたりまえな世界を未来の子どもたちに届ける」というミッションを掲げ、2023年9月に設立されたスタートアップです。私たちは、トカマク、ヘリカル、レーザー方式等が目指すD-T（重水素-三重水素）核融合とは一線を画す、中性子の発生が極めて少ない（実質的に「中性子フリー」な）p-11B（水素-ホウ素）核融合の実現を目指す革新的な核融合炉の開発に、日本大学のFRC技術と筑波大学のミラー技術をを組み合わせた独自アプローチを基盤に挑戦しています。このアプローチは、中性子による脆化・放射化や放射性物質である三重水素（トリチウム）の取扱いといった従来方式の課題を大幅に緩和し、シンプルで安全、かつ高い経済性を持つ核融合炉の早期の社会実装を目指します。現在、私たちは数年以内のp-11B反応実証、および2030年代初頭の発電実証という明確なマイルストーンに向け、研究開発を加速しています。本ポジションは、実験の遂行のみならず、装置のセットアップ、真空・電気系統のトラブルシュート、計測系の構築など、物理現象の理解に基づき現場のあらゆる技術的課題を自律的に解決し、実験計画を完遂させる役割を担っていただきます。本ポジションは、特定の専門分野に閉じない「実験現場の中核人材」として、装置・計測・解析を横断的に担っていただく役割です。各種実験装置（FRC、CTI、NBI等）の立ち上げ、運用、メンテナンスおよび現場管理真空容器、電気配線、診断計測系（磁気プローブ、分光等）の構築・ノイズ対策・調整実験データの取得、解析、および物理的知見に基づいた次段階の実験計画への反映
