【概要】 ・TMC・グループ16社・二豊会(協豊会・栄豊会)のエンジニアリング分野の顧客との関係構築や、課題解決に向けた取組支援 ・社内各事業部のビジネス(ソリューション)のグループ展開 【会社説明資料】 https://speakerdeck.com/toyotasystems_career_pitch/corporation-introduction 【対象顧客】 TMC、主要トヨタG各社 【業務内容】 既存顧客である、トヨタグループ16社他パーツメーカー企業を担当し、BEV・自動運転等変革期にある自動車産業に対し、デジタル化促進を通じて支援する ■具体的には 顧客の室長・GMクラスと関係構築、エンジニアリング分野の現場課題をヒアリングし社内の各事業部(開発・技術部門)と連携の上、品質向上、コスト削減、効率化・納期短縮につながるソリューション提案を実施 例)設計データ共有のプロセス改革、解析業務のオンプレ→クラウド化など 事業部との連携の中でソリューションの知識を蓄え、グループに展開。標準化を推進する 【対象顧客】 TMC・トヨタグループ16社・二豊会の情報部門、開発・設計部門、生産技術部門、製造部門などの室長・GMクラスが中心 【対象システム】 特になし デザイン・設計・生技・製造といった顧客の各工程に対し、顧客課題を深掘りした上でQCD向上に効果的なソリューション提案を実施 【環境】 Windows、iOS ＜組織体制＞ 約11名（うちプロパー8名） 【キャリアパス】 1年後：アカウント担当として独立(顧客引継) 2年後：アカウント担当として活動しながら事業部を兼務してソリューション担当となる 3年度：アカウントおよびソリューションを極めた提案型エンジニアとして提案・初期合意形成まで対応 5年後：次のステージの職位に昇格、後輩指導や協力会社や派遣社員のマネジメントを実施Company Info
