Job Summary
防衛省・自衛隊向けの無人機・AIシステムの開発において、プロジェクトマネジメント業務を中心に幅広い活動を行います。具体的には、自律走行機能やAI技術を活用したUGV等の無人機システム開発、無人機群をネットワーク化して管制する運用システムの開発を担当します。顧客への提案から要求分析、システム開発要件の策定、詳細設計、協力会社との調整まで一連の開発プロセスを管理します。技術領域としては、ROS・DDSなどの制御ソフトウェア、センサー統合技術、画像処理AI、メカトロニクスなどの技術を駆使し、システムインテグレーションを実施します。また、5名以上のチームマネジメントを行いながら、プロジェクトの予算管理、リソース管理、リスク管理などのプロジェクトマネジメント全般を担当し、国家安全保障に貢献する最先端の防衛システム開発を推進します。Company Info
