■職務内容 デジタルエンジニアリングを駆使した商品設計および生産技術開発 解析評価技術構築と展開（VR、設計CAE、ものづくりCAE、試験評価など） CAEの普及展開（教育と蓄積） ■業務の魅力・やりがい デジタルエンジニアリング全般で多岐にわたる分野で携わることができます CAEは業界No.1を目指し、他社が取り組んでいない分野も積極的に挑戦することができます テストピース検証を基本とし、試作や実機検証まで行うことがございます 商品開発全般を見渡すことが出来るので、具体的な成果を感じることができます ■求める人物像・期待すること パソコン好きでデジタル化に対応できる技術力があり、またコミュニケーションをスムーズにとることができ前向きな思考ができる方を求めます。 新しいCAE分野ヘの挑戦意欲を持ち、導入企画からシステム構築・展開をしていただきたと考えております。将来的には設計もできるCAE技術者を目指していただきます。 ■組織： 生産技術本部 商品技術開発室 生産設計課 50代：2名、30代：4名、20代：2名 ■想定残業時間： 20~30時間／月 程度Company Info
