■配属先の主業務内容 生体情報モニタ製品のハードウェア開発・維持・改良業務 ■任せる主業務と詳細 回路設計・評価（環境試験、EMC試験など） 設計ドキュメントの作成 製品維持のための部品変更などの設計変更 ＊入社直後に担当いただく仕事・役割 ハードウェア開発・維持・改良業務の業務遂行のメンバ ＊入社3年度頃に担当いただく仕事・役割 ハードウェア開発・維持・改良業務の業務遂行のメンバのまとめ役 入社後はOJTを通して、実務を習得いただきます。 ISO13485に基づく医療機器の開発技量が身につきます。 加えて本社研修部門による研修、外部セミナーの受講いただき知識をつけていただきます。 ※ご入社直後は上記業務をご担当いただきます。 将来的な変更の範囲は当社の定める業務として、幅広くご活躍を期待します。 将来的には生体情報モニタの製品開発においてリーダ、ラインマネージャまたはエキスパートを期待しています。 生体情報モニタは、急性期医療現場の最前線で使用される製品であり、開発した製品で多くの人の命が救えることにやりがいを感じることができます。 ■出張の頻度と1回あたりの期間 川本工場、富岡工場への出張を含め月1~2回程度 基本的には日帰り 遠隔地や対応時間によっては１～2泊の宿泊もありCompany Info
