■ユビレジについて当社ユビレジはPOSレジのパイオニアとして「カンタンがいちばん」をコンセプトにiPadを活用したSaaS型POSシステム「ユビレジ」の開発・提供をしています。私たちはあらゆるサービス業を営む方々の手助けになることを目指し、「ユビレジ」を単なる売上管理システムとして留めるのではなく、サービス産業のデータインフラにまで昇華させてゆくことをミッションとしています。 ■仕事概要弊社では今期を第二創業期と捉え、更なる企業としての成長を目指しエンタープライズ領域への進出を本格的に進めております。サービス拡大とエンタープライズ顧客増加に伴い、信頼性・可用性・セキュリティを高めるための基盤改善を推進するエンジニアを募集します。 ■ポジション概要単なる保守運用ではなく、運用設計の改善自動化の推進監視設計の再構築AI活用による効率化など、インフラを「進化させる」役割を担っていただきます。【具体的な業務内容】●クラウド環境の運用・改善　-AWS / GCP環境の構築・運用　-ECS / App Runner / GAE 等の運用改善　-Amazon Aurora / BigQuery のパフォーマンス最適化　-セキュリティ対策の実装　-クラウドコストの可視化・最適化 ● 監視設計・障害対応　-NewRelic / Pingdom 等を用いた監視設計　-アラート設計の改善（ノイズ削減）　-障害発生時の原因分析・復旧対応　-再発防止策の設計・Runbook整備　-ログ監視・分析 ※すべて一人で行うのではなく、チームで役割分担しながら進めます。 ●自動化・AI活用　-TerraformによるInfrastructure as Code推進　-CI/CD改善（CircleCI）　-生成AI（Claude code）を活用した　　・ログ分析効率化　　・障害原因調査支援　　・ドキュメント・Runbook生成　　・運用タスクの自動化（CI/CD、構成管理など）当社では、AIを活用して“人力運用を減らす”取り組みを推進中です。 AIを使いこなせる、または積極的に取り入れたい方を歓迎します。
