ガラス・セラミックス材料に関する研究開発テーマの全体的なマネジメントを担当します。顧客ニーズを的確に把握し、それを踏まえた商品化戦略の立案から実行まで主導します。社内の研究部門や事業部門、社外の顧客やパートナー企業との連携を図りながら開発を推進し、10～20年後を見据えた将来有望な技術の探索と具現化に取り組みます。特許調査・出願による知的財産権の確保、顧客への技術提案活動、海外顧客との技術ディスカッションなども重要な業務です。5名以上の部下を持つマネージャーとして、若手研究者の育成やテーママネジメント体制の強化を行い、開発マイルストーンの設定と進捗管理を通じて、社会課題解決に貢献する新素材の商品化を実現します。
