Job Summary

材料融合研究所において、新技術・新商品の研究開発を担当します。具体的には、半導体部材や光電融合部材の領域でデバイス評価から材料設計を行う技術開発、生体分子合成やドラッグデリバリーシステム（DDS）などのライフサイエンス領域での研究開発、ガラス・セラミックス材料の開発、ドライプロセスを用いた材料開発やドライ成膜プロセスの開発などを行います。プラズマ・光学設計などのシミュレーション技術も活用し、インフォマティクスやDX（機械学習）を取り入れた先端的な材料開発にも取り組みます。将来的にはテーマリーダーとして、複数のプロジェクトを統括し、AGCの新規事業創出を牽引する役割を担っていただきます。
