【ミッション】 世界初のアンモニア合成技術を有する当社では、顧客向け小型アンモニア製造プラントの納入後も、長期的な安全・安定稼働を実現するため、運転・保守（O&M）サービスの体制構築を進めています。 本ポジションでは、機器・計装設備の特性を踏まえた保全計画の策定から、点検・診断・改善提案、保全管理システムの構築まで、保全サービスの構想策定から立ち上げ・推進を担っていただきます。 また、当社の事業拡大に伴い、複数のプロジェクトを効率的かつ確実に遂行するためのプロジェクト管理業務とその基盤整備も担当いただきます。これには、進捗・工数・コスト管理、管理プロセスの標準化、L&L（Lessons Learned）の共有・展開などが含まれます。 いずれも、当社の成長を支える重要な役割です。 【具体的な業務内容】 ①保全サービス領域 保全サービスの構想策定・立ち上げ 計画保全の策定および保全管理システム構築 設備状態・老朽度の評価 定期・法定点検の企画・実施 予防保全および改善提案 ②プロジェクト管理・基盤整備領域 複数プロジェクトの進捗・工数（MH）・コスト管理 プロジェクト管理手法・プロセスの標準化 L&L（Lessons Learned）の共有と再発防止策の実装Company Info
