【ミッション】世界初のアンモニア合成技術を持つベンチャー企業である当社において、盤石なコーポレート部門の体制構築およびIPOを見据え、一人目の社内SEとしてご活躍いただける方を求めています。 現在、情報システム業務は、協力会社および社内の兼務体制により対応していますが、事業および組織の拡大に伴い、情報システム機能の内製化を進めるため、専任担当者の採用を検討しています。 当社はディープテック領域において独自技術の研究開発を推進しており、今後の事業成長および上場準備に向けて、IT基盤・情報セキュリティ体制の構築・運用にも主体的に関与していただくことを期待しています。 当社が保有する新技術は世界市場でも高い競争力を有しており、スタートアップを数年で売上数百億円規模へと成長させるための基盤づくりを担う、非常に重要なポジションです。 リモートワークは可能ですが、週３回程度は出社での対応になります。 【具体的な業務内容】 ソフトウェア・クラウドサービスの企画／検討・選定／保守／運用 社内ネットワークの構築／保守／運用 OA機器の保守／運用 アカウント管理・IT資産管理 情報セキュリティ対策検討・運用 ユーザー問い合わせの二次対応（協力会社が一次対応） PCのキッティング（協力会社が主で対応していますが、状況次第でお任せする想定） 【キャリアパス】 今回、一人目の社内SEの採用のため、当社の情報システムをリードいただくポジションになります。経験やスキルよりも、様々な事に挑戦する意欲を重視しています。 ご経験やご志向性次第ですが、ゆくゆくは、IT戦略・企画、マネジメント、IT予算企画・管理、ISMS対応・外部監査対応、社内セキュリティ体制（情報セキュリティ委員会・CSIRT等）の運営・改善等、様々な業務をお任せする予定です。Company Info
