当社は、富士フイルムグループにおいて医療事業を担う最先端企業として、医療機器、医療用ネットワークシステム・付帯するソフトウェアの販売・開発・カスタマイズ・保守を提供し人々の健康と豊かな生活に貢献しています。デジタルX線診断システムおよび医用画像情報システムでは国内トップシェアを誇るとともに、さらに医療ITシステム事業や内視鏡事業を拡大させています。近年ではAI技術を診断システムに導入し、診断業務の効率化を進めております。診断情報を可視化・共有する技術が私たちの強みです。医療施設の課題をお伺いし、医療従事者の方々のお役に立てるシステムを提案します。【業務内容】医療施設向けのITシステムとIT製品を接続する部門LANや、病院全体のLAN（有線/無線/VPNなど）の設計・構築・保守。全国の医療施設が対象で、現地でお客様対応を行うエンジニアの育成や技術サポート。医療機関で広く活用されるITシステムに対して、以下の社内技術サポートを実施。コールセンターからのエスカレーション対応社内エンジニアからの問い合わせ対応医療機関向けITシステムのリモートメンテナンスやバージョンアップ ITシステムの設計担当者との打ち合わせリモート環境構築のためのルーターやSIMの手配・管理 ITシステム製品の研修講師やそのサポート【ポジションの魅力】弊社主力製品である医療機関向けITシステムの基盤を支えています。大規模ネットワークの構築など社外的な貢献はもちろん、現場で対応するエンジニアに対する技術支援や育成、相談など社内的な貢献も多くあります。特に当社IT製品はラインナップが広くカスタマイズ性も広いため、常に医療現場に価値提供を続けていくことができます。
