Job Summary

弊社は2019年創業の東京科学大学（旧 東京工業大学）発の、大規模ゲノム構築技術を持つ細胞エンジニアリングスタートアップです。経産省推進のJ-Startupに選出され、多数の受賞歴があります。
2025年に総額28億円の資金調達を完了し、長期的な視点で研究に専念できる環境です。
当ポジションでは培養プロセスの研究開発により、微生物の力を最大限に引き出し、事業化を加速させる役割を担っていただきます。

1. 培養計画の設計
・社内メンバー（CTOや他の研究員）と議論を重ね、生育速度や物質生産性を最大化するための培養戦略を設計
・ご経験や意欲に応じて、上流の代謝経路設計・ゲノムデザインに携わることも可能

2．培養プロセスの開発・最適化
・作製された微生物株の培養評価および物質生産性向上のための培養条件検討
・各種培養装置（試験管、マイクロバイオリアクター、ジャーファメンター等）を用いて、スケールアップを見据えたプロセス開発

3．事業化を牽引するプロジェクト推進
・パートナー企業との共同研究において、研究成果の報告およびディスカッション
・プロジェクト全体のスケジュール管理および推進
・欧州のパイロットスケール設備を持つBio Base Europe Pilot Plant（BBEPP）社と密に連携し、研究成果をスムーズに事業化へと繋げる
