電話インターフェースを介した業務の代替・効率化を目的に、「AIオペレーター」の開発を行います。本プロダクトは、既存の電話業務を効率化するだけでなく、システム連携など機械ならではの強みを活かすことで、顧客体験そのものを向上させることを目指しています。近年のLLMの進化により、AIとの対話は人間と遜色ない柔軟性を備えるようになりました。一方で、ハルシネーションのリスクを排除し、人間のオペレーターと同等の「信頼」を獲得するには、単にモデルを導入するだけでは不十分です。そのため、①業務ドメインごとの特性を深く分析・構造化し、②それらを基に柔軟性と信頼性を兼ね備えた形へ昇華させる、というプロセスで粘り強くプロダクトを磨き込んでいく必要があります。コールセンターが抱える人手不足の解決に真にコミットするため、言語や対話への深い造詣を武器として、エンドユーザーと現場のオペレーター双方が納得する高い品質までやり切る姿勢が求められます。【具体的な業務内容】電話業務の自動化に向けて、対話フローを設計・構築する業務です。実装作業よりも、コールセンターの業務フローを整理し、それをシステムが理解できる構造へ落とし込む作業が中心となります。・顧客の電話業務における課題ヒアリング・自動化する業務範囲の切り分けと特定・複雑な業務ルールの整理・構造化・構造化したルールに基づく対話フロー・対話システムの設計・チャットおよび電話でのテストを通じた、対話品質のブラッシュアップ・プロジェクトの進行管理・定例会での顧客への進捗報告（営業担当と一緒に行います）【開発環境】 ■主要言語：Python, JavaScript（TypeScript） ■主要データベース：PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Aurora ■フレームワーク：Pytorch, Scikit-Learn, Numpy, Scipy, pandas (polars), FastAPI ■GitHub Acitons ■サーバOS：Linux ■環境：AWS, GitHub
