私たちは、土木業界の「知識の非構造化」という根本課題に挑んでいます。図面、仕様書、数量計算書、設計判断──この業界には膨大な知識が存在しますが、その大半は「人の頭の中」に留まり、再利用も継承も困難です。AIを導入しても価値が出ない理由は明確で、データが構造化されていないからです。 私たちは、FDE（Forward Deployed Engineer）として現場に入り込み、設計・施工の意思決定まで含めた暗黙知を直接取得しています。それらをSoK（System of Knowledge）として構造化し、ナレッジグラフとして蓄積・再利用可能な形に変換しています。さらに、現場で得た知識を即座にプロダクトへ反映する「現場→知識化→構造化→プロダクト化」のループを内製で回している点が、他社にはない決定的な強みです。 このポジションは、単なるデータエンジニアではありません。業界の知識そのものを再定義する役割です。 -お任せしたい業務- 【コアミッション】 ドメインの知識を形式化し、AIが活用可能な構造に変換する。 【具体的な業務内容】 土木ドメインの業務データ・ドキュメントをAIが活用できる形に変換・蓄積する知識基盤の設計・実装 データモデリングおよびナレッジグラフの構築・運用 非構造化データ（図面・仕様書・数量計算書等）の構造化・データパイプライン設計 ドメインエキスパートや開発チームと連携した要件定義・スキーマ設計 AIとデータ基盤をつなぐアーキテクチャの設計・実装 データ品質評価・改善プロセスの整備 【働き方】 フルリモートを基本としながら、必要に応じて社内メンバーや顧客とのミーティングに参加するハイブリッドな働き方です。
