当社では、クライアント向けの生成AI / LLMを活用したソリューション事業、消費者向けのエンタメプラットフォーム・広告プラットフォームなどのプラットフォーム開発を中心としたSI事業の2軸で事業を展開しています。 本ポジションでは、これら複数のプロダクト・システムを横断し、システムの信頼性・可用性・スケーラビリティを技術的にリードしていただきます。 AIを活用した開発が前提となる環境において、インフラからアプリケーションまで一気通貫で関与し、高速な開発と安定稼働を両立する基盤を構築します。 単なるインフラ運用ではなく、開発チームと密接に連携しながら、障害発生時にはアプリケーション修正まで踏み込むフルスタックなSREとして、プロダクト全体の信頼性を担保します。 また、個別対応にとどまらず、組織として信頼性を担保するための仕組み・標準・文化の構築をリードしていただきます。 SREチームの立ち上げのリード・SREメンバーの採用・育成など クライアント向けAIソリューションおよび各種プラットフォーム（エンタメ・広告）のインフラ設計・構築・運用 クラウド環境（AWS/GCP等）における高可用性アーキテクチャの設計 IaC（Terraform等）によるインフラのコード化・標準化 CI/CDパイプラインの設計・構築・最適化 モニタリング・アラート設計と運用改善のリード 障害対応（原因調査、復旧、恒久対策の設計・実装） 障害発生時のアプリケーションレイヤーの修正・意思決定（バックエンド中心） SLO/SLI設計やエラーバジェット運用などのSREプラクティスの導入・推進 複数案件にまたがり、インフラの設計や保守運用体制の構築などを行なっていただく形になるため、さまざまな開発チームから頼りにされるポジションになります。 AI駆動開発が当たり前の組織であるため、AI駆動開発のエッセンスをご自身のインフラ設計・運用に取り込んでいただき、さらにブラッシュアップさせることができます。 RunbookやポストモーテムなどのSRE文化を根付かせていくフェーズにあり、「SRE的なカルチャーメイキングを自分がリードした」と将来的にアピールしやすくなる職務経験を積むことができます。
