弊社の「KLab AI Entertainment」部門において、AIアーティスト事業におけるP/L（損益）責任を持ち、IPの創出から収益化までのロードマップを策定・実行するポジションです。市場トレンドと競合分析に基づき、ターゲットセグメントに合致したキャラクターコンセプトを設計し、楽曲・動画・マーチャンダイジング等の多角的な展開を指揮していただきます。社内外のステークホルダー（制作、営業、外部パートナー）を統率し、プロジェクトの遅延や品質リスクを管理しながら、KGI/KPIの達成にコミットいただきます。事業計画および中長期ロードマップの策定と予実管理 IPコンセプト設計（ペルソナ、ストーリー、デザイン方針）制作部門（Crt.&Prd.）への要件定義とクオリティ管理協業パートナー開拓および契約交渉これらに付随する業務
