2026年1月1日に新設された「グループAI・DX推進部」において、情報システム機能の専任チーム（情報システムチーム）を実務面から支えるメンバーを募集いたします。 グループの各エリアで培われてきたIT基盤や知見を新組織へ集結させ、より「安全・快適・効率的」な環境へと進化させることがミッションです。 単なる「守りの情シス」にとどまらず、AIエージェントの活用や業務のハイパーオートメーション化など、最新技術を現場で試し・動かしながら組織変革に貢献できるポジションです。 【具体的な業務内容】 IT インフラ運用・資産管理・セキュリティ PC やソフトウェアなどの IT 資産管理（キッティング・棚卸し含む） ネットワーク、端末、SaaS など社内 IT 環境の運用管理・トラブルシュート 情報セキュリティポリシーに基づく日常運用・監視 ヘルプデスク対応（問い合わせ受付〜解決・エスカレーション） 業務プロセスの整備・改善 問い合わせや申請対応フローの整備・ドキュメント化 AI を活用した自動化・効率化施策の企画と実装 自己解決を促す FAQ・ナレッジベースの構築・更新 プロジェクト推進サポート 社内システム導入・更改プロジェクトへの参画（要件整理・検証・展開） 外部パートナーとの技術的なやり取り・進捗確認 IT リスクの洗い出しと対策の実施Company Info
