【背景】 ティアフォーでは「自動運転の民主化」というビジョンを掲げ、世界初のオープンソース自動運転ソフトウェア「Autoware」の開発・運用を行い、自動運転に関連するプロダクト、ソリューション、サービスをグローバルに提供しています。私たちのエコシステムには世界中の企業が参画しており、技術革新のスピードを加速させながら、公共交通や物流などの分野で実用的なレベル4自動運転の社会実装を推進しています。 ■組織概要 TIER IV自動運転リファレンス車両の機能検証、車両制御の動的評価を推進 システム要件を参照し設計仕様の達成を立証する評価結果の取得 テストサイト/フィールドでの機能評価、性能評価の為のデータ収集やそれらの１次分析と取り纏め 先行機能の実車上での実験評価と開発部への的確なフィードバック 【仕事内容】 Responsibility 短期/中期の事業、プロダクト開発ロードマップに則した組織運営方針の設定 ADシステムの実験/評価業務における重点施策の策定 組織運営全体予算の統括、経営層/本部管理層との決裁調整 組織計画予算の執行管理(KGI/KPI指標の管理） 組織におけるリスクマネジメントの方針定義 組織目標の達成を阻害するリスクの回避、低減処置 Accountability 決裁された組織執行予算、リソース内での組織目標の完遂 組織における実験/評価計画の統合、期日内での業務完了監督 事業リスク/プロジェクトリスク事案の監視、把握とそれらに対する回避、低減指示 安全基準、技術基準・規制への準拠を確保 事業拡張戦略に追従する組織強化、成長計画の推進 組織アウトプットの品質維持向上策の推進 Authority 組織の業務推進に必要なリソース配備計画の立案 組織全体運営の予算策定と執行決裁 部内Group / Team毎リソース配備計画の決裁と変更承認 その他、上記に付随する業務 【チャレンジ・やりがい】 自動運転分野という最先端技術かつ新規市場において、技術・事業を幅広く見渡しながら最適解を探索する実践経験が得られます 自動運転システムの可用性、信頼性、安全性といったADシステムの最重要課題の達成に関わる意思決定・推進に関わることが可能です

TIER IV is a Japanese deep-tech company that specializes in autonomous driving technology. It leads the development of Autoware, which is described as the world's first open-source software for autonomous driving. The company's mission is to democratize autonomous driving technology by fostering an ecosystem where various organizations and individuals can contribute to and benefit from its development. TIER IV offers services including the development of autonomous driving systems, provision of autonomous electric vehicles (EVs) through a subscription model, and unmanned logistics and passenger services utilizing autonomous EVs.
