工場のインフラを支える“なくてはならない存在”として、現場の安定稼働に直接貢献できるやりがいがあります。自分の関わった保全や設備更新の成果が、職場の安全・安心として目に見えて実感できる仕事です。 インフラ設備管理と、中期計画管理および外注工事管理を行います。 小山製作所で、建屋インフラ設備の管理全般業務を行う担当業務です。 施設管理メンバーの一員として、社内/外注業者との調整・管理を行います。 ＜具体的な業務内容＞ ・インフラ設備全般の保守管理（建屋、変電所、空調設備他の管理） ・インフラ設備全般の中期設備計画管理（新設/更新計画の立案と実行管理） ・外注工事業者管理と外注工事監理（安全、品質、納期、コスト面） 小山製作所人安全衛生環境課ではインフラ管理を行う施設管理機能を有しています。 今後のHMI製品の製造体制を維持していくためにも、インフラ管理担当者を強化したく募集します。Company Info
