■採用背景: 自動車業界は「100年に一度の大変革の時代」に入っており、よりお客様に喜ばれる性能を持った自動車を素早く開発していく必要があります。お客様に安心・安全・快適・楽しさを感じて頂ける「もっといいクルマ」を共に開発していける仲間を募集します。 ■職務内容: 自動車の性能企画・性能予測(CAE,CFD,実験)・実車性能確認を通じた性能開発業務（「衝突安全」「熱流体(空力,風切り,空調,冷却)」「振動騒音」「耐久強度」「人間工学」「ボデー剛性」「操縦安定性」のいずれかを担当いただきます）（変更の範囲）業務都合により、会社の定める業務に変更する場合がある。　なお、在籍出向を命じる場合があり、その場合の業務内容は、出向先が定める業務とする。 ■主な業務内容： CAE,CFDを駆使したボデー性能開発業務(衝突安全・空力・空調・冷却・振動騒音・ボデー剛性・耐久強度等のいずれかを担当) 又は、実験業務を通じた性能開発業務(衝突安全・空力・空調・冷却・振動騒音・人間工学・特異環境性能・操縦安定性等のいずれかを担当) ■使用言語、ツール： Office（エクセル、パワーポイント）、CAE(LS-DYNA , Nastran 等)、CFD(Powerflow , SCRYU/Tetra , Stream 等)、CATIA ■業務の魅力：自分が性能提案、性能開発、性能確認を実施した自動車が世界中を走り回ります。世界中のお客様に、クルマの安心・安全・快適・楽しさを提供できる、非常にやりがいのある仕事です。自動車事業部開発部門は、小さな組織を活かし、強い連帯感を持って開発を実施しています。 ■技術優位性：自動車事業部では、トヨタ車のNo1主力車種であるRAV4の、開発から生産までを実施しています。RAV4は世界180カ国以上のお客様に提供され、年間販売台数100万台を超える車となっています。
