積水化学工業株式会社 当社は65年以上にわたり、ポリビニルアセタール樹脂を製造しており、MLCCを中心とした各種セラミックスのバインダー用途をはじめ、エポキシ・フェノール樹脂の改質剤、接着剤など、幅広い分野使用され、高い市場シェアを誇っています。 今後も世界で競争力のある高付加価値製品を継続的に提供するためには、生産技術力のさらなる向上が不可欠です。そこで、コア技術の育成、強化、能力拡大を加速させるべく、生産技術者のキャリア採用を行います。 当部署は、原料から製品出荷までの一連のプロセス開発、生産能力増強に向けた設備投資の企画・推進、シミュレーション技術を活用した生産条件の最適化を担います。技術力を軸に製品の品質・安定性・生産性を高めることでグローバル市場での競争力強化を目指しています。 ■募集部署 滋賀水口工場 機能樹脂製造部 プロセスエンジニアリングセンター ■概要 当部署は総勢約10名(30～60代）で生産技術、製造DX、シミュレーション、検査の自動化と役割が多岐に渡る部署です。そのため、当部署は幅広い分野の知識と経験を得ることができ、メンバー同士でサポートし合いながら業務に取り組んでいます。 仕事内容・テーマ 将来、生産技術のリーダーとして活躍し、ポリビニルアセタール樹脂の生産技術力底上げに牽引していただきたいと期待しています。 （1）製造ライン変更による生産条件の最適化 （2）新製品の量産化 （3）プロセス革新Company Info
