私たちIDAJは最先端のMBD/CAE技術およびデジタル・エンジニアリング技術を通じてお客様の課題を解決することに取り組んでいます。 現在、更なる成長段階に向け様々なチャレンジを意欲的に行っていますが、人材獲得競争が増す中でそれらのチャレンジを支える有能な社員の獲得がこれまで以上に重要となってきています。 本ポジションでは、マルチフィジックス・シミュレーションソフトGT-SUITEを使用するコンサルティングエンジニア、サポートエンジニアとしてご活躍いただくポジションです。 幅広い業界／業種におけるニーズや、開発現場におけるMBDの必要性など、今必要とされている技術を養える機会も多いポジションです。具体的な職務内容として以下の通りとなります。 主な職務内容：シミュレーションエンジニア 【全般】 ●GT-SUITEを使った冷凍サイクルの開発支援 ●GT-SUITEを使った熱マネージメントの開発支援 【詳細】 ●GT-SUITEを使用した受託解析、技術サポート。解析対象は冷凍サイクル全体のシステムになります。 　エバポレータ、コンデンサ、膨張弁、キャビンを含む車載用の冷凍サイクルのシステム検討がメインになりますが、家庭用のエアコンや、ビル空調なども解析対象に含まれます。 ●プリセールス活動として、シミュレーションソフトを検討されているお客様に、GT-SUITEの機能紹介やデモを実施します。 業務を遂行するに当たり、以下のような社内関係部署と連携する役割を担います。 ●営業部 ●MBD部 将来のキャリアパスとしてはマネージャー、MBDエンジニア等があります。 弊社は技術領域のプロフェッショナル集団ですので安定感のある雰囲気に身を置きながら、これまでの経験をもとに業界最先端の技術に挑戦する社員たちと一緒に切磋琢磨しながら成長していきたいと考える方に本ポジションは適していると考えています
