Job Summary
トラック・バスなど商用車に関する設計/評価・実験など、主に量産車開発の以下いずれかの開発業務をお任せします。 【設計】 エンジン、トランスミッション、シャシ、ボデー、電子部品、電装品、車両レイアウト 等 【実験・評価】 パワートレーン、車両に関する各種評価 等 尚、ご経験スキル等によっては、一部先進車両開発にお任せする場合もございます。 ■配属先 ※ご経験・スキル・ご希望に応じて以下部署のいずれかに配属予定 車両開発部/エンジン開発部/ドライブトレーン開発部/ボデー開発部/シャシ開発部/電子電装開発部/パワートレーンシステム開発部/車両性能統括部 ■教育・育成 今回の募集では、広く異業種からのエンジニアの方も求めております。 トラック・バスについての知識は、入社後の研修や配属先部門でのOJTにより習得していただきますので、ご安心ください。 ■仕事の魅力 ・国内ではドライバー不足や環境規制、海外では大気汚染や交通渋滞などの社会課題を解決すべく、今後益々の需要が見込まれます。年間5000万トン弱の貨物が輸送される国内物流でトラックが担う割合は90％以上。当社は物流機能の大部分を担い、社会インフラを支えます。 ・物流・人流に関する課題が複雑化している中で、商用車への期待・責任は非常に大きくなっています。社会課題の解決に繋がる、やりがいのある仕事です。 ■在宅勤務は可能です。ただし、入社後のOJTは出社・面着でコミュニケーションを図りながら実施予定です。Company Info
