世界共通の社会インフラである人流・物流を支えるトラック・バスの開発/製造/販売を手掛ける当社にて、下記の業務をお任せいたします。 ・お客様が必要なタイミングで車両を供給する為の生産計画の立案 ・1台でも多く生産出来る様な生産ラインの仕組み改善 ■配属先 生産管理部 生産計画室 生産計画第2グループ 【キャリアパス】 生産管理全般の経験を積み、エキスパートもしくはマネージメント能力を発揮し、組織リーダーとして生産管理業務全体を牽引することを期待しています。 【業務魅力】 ・商用車の生産管理を通じて、現場から販売・お客様までのモノづくりの全体を身近に感じられます。 ・販売の要求と生産現場のバランスを考え、自らの考えで最適な生産計画を立案できます。難しい調整もありますが、関係者と協議して計画をリリースした際には大きな達成感があります。 ・将来的には、適性に応じて海外生産拠点への駐在や他部門へのキャリア展開の可能性もあります。Company Info
