Job Summary
小型人工衛星コンステレーションを用いたグローバル衛星サービスや海洋観測事業を支えるミッション機器において、マイクロ波観測によって得られる信号データの処理・解析を担うエンジニアを募集しています。 取得されたデータを価値ある情報へと変換し、事業・社会実装につなげていく要となるポジションです。 【具体的な業務】 ・小型人工衛星コンステレーションから得られた海洋観測情報を用いて、海洋の情報を必要とする顧客に対してサービスを提供するシステムを構築 ・効率的な観測計画を設定し、必要なタイミングで顧客へ情報を提供するアルゴリズムの組込み ・データ解析および可視化手法の開発、AIを用いた自動化システムのシステムへの適用 ・機器開発チームや衛星システムチームとの連携 ・公的研究事業や委託開発案件における技術的成果の作成 【ポジションの魅力】 ・社会課題（海洋監視・防災・資源管理等）の解決に直結する世界最先端のハードウェア開発に関与 ・宇宙や衛星に関する専門知識は入社後に学べるため、異業界からの挑戦が可能 ・先進的プロジェクトにかかわる機会 ・スタートアップならではの裁量とスピード感ある環境 【配属・カルチャー】 57名（技術系45名、事業系4名、管理系8名）、男女比：8:2、平均年齢：約40歳 ※人工衛星共通の技術については、他技術部門との連携により開発を実施。 【開発環境・使用ツール】 コミュニケーション: GitHub, Slack, Zoom Office：Microsoft Word、Excel、Powerpoint、Google Workplace ファイル共有：Google Drive バージョン管理: Git CI/CD: GitHub Actions パブリッククラウドサービス: AWS 開発ツール：Python、Matlab、LabView、等Company Info
