横河電機のグローバルイノベーションセンターは、研究開発と事業創出を推進する役割を担います。エネルギーや素材生産、ライフサイエンスといった幅広い領域を対象としており、探索領域として宇宙応用なども見据えています。 本ポジションでは、再生医療・創薬分野におけるラボラトリーオートメーションを中核テーマとして取り組んでいただく、システムエンジニアを募集します。再生医療をはじめとする先端医薬品分野では、手作業に依存した培養・製造プロセスに起因する品質のばらつきや高コスト構造が大きな産業課題となっています。当社は、顕微鏡や各種計測機器などの現場機器から、MES (Manufacturing Execution System)、LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) といった上位システムに至るまで、幅広い技術・製品を保有しています。これらを統合し、ラボラトリーオートメーションと製造プロセスのDX (Digital Transformation) を推進することで、新規事業の創出を目指します。 ライフサイエンス分野（特に再生医療・創薬領域）を対象としたラボラトリーオートメーション、製造自動化の技術開発を担っていただきます。特に、装置・計測機器と上位システムを接続するソフトウェア・データ基盤の設計・実装を中心に、ラボオートメーションを実現するシステム開発を推進していただきます。Company Info
