ミッション 中期経営計画「GS2028」の基本戦略である「System of Systemsの信頼されるパートナー」として、欧米の化学系グローバル企業（BASF, Dow, Evonik, Covestro等）に対し、Net-zero Emissions、Well-being、Circular Economyに貢献するソリューションを提案し、お客様のビジネス成長と横河のソリューションビジネス拡大を牽引することがミッションです。 人数/年齢構成 現在は課長1名のもと、2名の部下（若手と中堅の女性が2名）が在籍している組織です。 特徴/雰囲気 単なる製品売りではなく、お客様のプラント操業そのものを支援する長期的パートナーを目指しています。社内・海外拠点メンバと頻繁に連携する、非常にグローバルでダイナミックな環境です。ときには「無いものを創り出す」発想力が求められる、クリエイティブで活気のある職場です。 業務内容と期待する役割 グローバルアカウントエンジニアの中心メンバーとして、以下の業務を遂行いただきます。 アカウント戦略の立案：担当アカウントの事業内容を深く調査し、中長期的な戦略立案と関係構築・維持・強化を担います。 ソリューション提案：お客様へのヒアリングを通じて課題を把握し、関係各部署や海外拠点、製品担当と連携して最適な提案活動を推進します。 技術活動の推進：問い合わせ対応、プロモーション、製品評価、提案などの技術側面からチームを支えます。 見積・受注サポート：大規模案件に対し、海外拠点と協力してプロポーザル体制を構築し、アカウントマネージャと共に受注をサポートします。Company Info
