募集背景 当社・通信機事業所（所在地：尼崎）は、三菱電機の各事業分野において、最先端の電波/光通信技術を投入したシステム開発を、ソフトウェア開発の立場から支援してきました。現在は、防衛事業を主体に、衛星通信、宇宙観測、電力プラント、列車無線通信など、多岐にわたる事業分野のシステム開発に参画しています。昨今、国策である防衛力強化、宇宙関連市場の拡大、労働人口減少に伴う自動化・省力化といった社会課題への対応など、様々な背景から当社に求められるソフトウェア開発ニーズは益々高まりつつあります。 当部門は、防衛/宇宙/気象分野の様々なソフトウェア開発案件に対して、最新技術を駆使し、社会に新しい価値を届けるプロフェッショナル集団です。今、私たちと共に挑戦し、成長し続けることができる仲間を募集しています。技術者としてのスキルアップ、または管理者としてのキャリアアップを検討されている方は是非ご応募ください。 業務内容 防衛/宇宙/気象分野でのソフトウェア開発 ※ご経験、ご希望を踏まえ、配属分野・案件を決定いたします。 ■防衛 主に警戒管制レーダーと、その中央管制システムのソフトウェアを請負開発します。三菱電機からの受注と、他の顧客からの受注で、担当開発フェーズは異なりますが、防衛省との仕様調整段階から、システム総合試験までを担当します。 ■宇宙 主に宇宙監視レーダーのソフトウェアを請負開発します。三菱電機からの受注で、担当開発フェーズは防衛システムと同様です。 ■気象 主に気象観測システム（中央観測システム）のソフトウェアを請負開発します。エンドユーザー（気象庁）から直接受注するため、仕様提案活動から運用保守まで、全フェーズを当社主導で実施します。Company Info
