募集背景 当社は三菱電機を主要顧客としており、グループにおけるソフトウェア開発の中核企業です。 神戸事業所は発電、電力流通、列車の運行管理、有料道路、河川管理（防災）など社会インフラ系システムにおいて幅広い事業分野を展開しております。 三菱電機（研究所、関連会社を含む）からの仕様に基づいた開発となり、MESWは要件定義・設計・開発・評価の一連の工程を担います。 本ポジションは、他事業所が外販する産業向け監視システムの開発などAI・クラウド等の新技術を活用した研究・開発案件を担当している課での採用となります。三菱電機の電力・社会インフラ事業で利用される基盤ソフトウェアのクラウド化や生成AI適用などの開発を率いていただける方を募集しています。 ・これまでの開発で得た経験・知見を活かして，より高度な技術・品質が求められるプラットフォーム（基盤ソフトウェア）の開発に挑戦しさらに技術力を磨きたい方 ・電力・社会インフラを支えるシステムの心臓部であるプラットフォーム（基盤ソフトウェア）開発を通じて社会貢献を目指したい方 ・基盤ソフトウェア開発のプロジェクトリーダー/サブプロジェクトリーダーとして、小規模ながらプロジェクトメンバーを率いてプロジェクトを成功に導くことで、自身とメンバーが成長する喜びを実感したい方 ・生成AIなどの新しい技術に取り組むことを成長の機会と捉え、能動的に取り組める方 は本ポジションにぜひご応募ください。Company Info
