募集背景当社は2022年4月1日に三菱電機グループのソフトウェア設計会社6社が経営統合して発足し、2023年4月1日には同グループ１社からソフトウェア設計事業の一部移管を受け、三菱電機グループのソフトウェア技術の中核を担う企業として新たなスタートを切りました。つくば事業所は、世界有数の研究学園都市であるつくば市に所在し、250名の社員が在籍しております。近年は首都圏の事業規模が拡大しつつあることからJR上野駅に上野事務所を設置しています。つくば事業所は、官公庁や国立研究開発法人を主要顧客として、宇宙・ライフサイエンス・防災・公共ITなど多岐にわたる分野で実績を広げております。各事業領域での引き合いが増えており、増員による募集となります。業務内容ライフサイエンス、防災・環境、公共・IT、宇宙分野におけるソフトウェア開発をご担当いただきます。システムの分野例：・宇宙分野：創業当初より日本の宇宙開発を支援しており、基幹ロケットの航法誘導技術をはじめ、人工衛星や国際宇宙ステーション関連のシステム開発、運用支援・ライフサイエンス分野：官公庁やその関連研究所、大学、検査・製薬会社などに対し、主に植物・生物などの研究分野で解析システムの開発・運用業務詳細：・顧客への提案・要件定義、設計、試験・運用の一連の工程を担当。アジャイル開発を導入している案件もあり、エンジニアファーストで業務が出来る環境を整えております。・プロジェクト：2名〜20名程度の体制・開発期間：半年〜長いもので2年程度＜主な開発環境＞ OS：Windows、Linux 言語：JAVA、C#、Python、PHP、JavaScriptなど DB：PostgreSQL、Oracle
