募集背景当社は2022年4月1日に三菱電機グループのソフトウェア設計会社6社が経営統合して発足し、2023年4月1日には同グループ１社からソフトウェア設計事業の一部移管を受け、三菱電機グループのソフトウェア技術の中核を担う企業として新たなスタートを切りました。つくば事業所は、主に宇宙分野、防災・環境システム分野、公共IT分野、ライフサイエンス分野のシステム開発等を担当しており、約250名の社員が在籍しております。社内に各分野の専?家も多数在籍していることが強みの1つです。公共IT部門では、中央官庁の顧客が多いため、JR上野駅の近くに上野事務所を設置しています。今回は公共領域での引き合いが増えており、増員による募集となります。業務内容＜事業について＞公共分野の情報システムの導入から運用までを一貫して支援するシステムインテグレーションサービスを提供しています。AI、クラウド、セキュリティなどの最新テクノロジーを駆使し、お客様の課題を解決しています。業務内容：中央官庁、国立研究開発法人、独立行政法人を中心に民間企業まで幅広い顧客層の基幹業務システムおよびインターネット関連システムのシステムインテグレーション案件にて、インフラ領域の提案/設計/構築/テスト/運用保守の関連の業務、および客先調整、品質管理、プロジェクト管理を担当します。入社時期にもよりますが、入社後はMicrosoft Azure等のクラウド上に構築するシステムの提案・設計・構築・テスト・運用保守案件をリーダー/サブリーダーとして担当いただきたいと考えています。PMのもとでリーダー/サブリーダーとして業務に慣れていただき、次の案件からはPMとして活躍いただきたいと考えています。
