【募集背景と概要】 ・2023年4月に新設された役員直下の新組織「データインテリジェンス部」に配属され、データドリブン経営による全社DX促進の為のデータ利活用/BIツール活用に関わる業務に従事頂きます。 ・経営/事業/組織課題に対してビジネスインテリジェンス的手法を用いた解決策立案支援、そのためのデータ構築、BIツールの活用促進、環境整備等を推進頂きます。 【業務内容】 BI推進のベストプラクティス/ガバナンスの社内適用・促進 BIユーザー/組織による自立的データ活用の支援 BIプラットフォームとデータアーキテクチャの確立と維持 【利用ツール】 ・BIツール（Power BI） ・Dynamics365 【キャリアステップ】 ・BIを活用した経営データ分析を社内浸透させる中で、各事業部のKPI可視化や全社的な業務プロセス変革の経験を得る事が出来、将来的に企画部門や事業本部の業績管理等、様々なポストにチャレンジすることが可能です。Company Info
