Job Summary

【職務概要】 ・エンタープライズ系(銀行・保険業種)の重要基幹ネットワークを対象とする、ネットワークインフラ構築（SE/SI）を行う業務です。 ・構築対象はデータセンター内に配備する製品で、主にCisco製・NEC製のL2/L3/仮想NW製品/アプライアンス製品　及び　F5社製ロードバランサ・その他ファイアウォールなどのセキュリティ製品です。 ・金融基幹システムという極めて高度な信頼性を要求される環境で、技術力だけでなく、社内外の関係者との折衝能力を兼ね備えた、将来的にこの領域でリーダーとして活躍していただける人材を募集しております。 ・当業務は複数のチームにて構成されておりますが、1年後には一つのチーム(10名前後)のサブリーダー相当のポジションを務めることを期待します。 【業務／プロジェクト例】 ・金融基幹システムネットワーク・セキュリティ製品の設計・構築・評価（SE/SI） ・高可用性・強固なセキュリティが求められるシステムのネットワークアーキテクト設計 ・クラウド/オンプレミス環境のハイブリッドネットワーク構築案件 ・業務効率化・標準化・自動化（AI活用・TeraTerm・VBA・Python・PowerAutomateなど) ・システム展開作業（主に休日夜間）及び　運用サポート 【統括部の紹介】 ネットワークSIサービス統括部では、国内を中心に金融、医療、道路、製造、公共など、様々な業種における重要なインフラをお客様へ提案し、設計から構築、運用、保守までを一貫して提供しています。 また、我々の統括部ではPJや仕事で求められる人材の育成に注力しています。新人からベテランまで常に新しい技術やノウハウを習得するための研修や教育の機会を提供しています。 【配属チームの特徴】 ・金融系のSE/SIを主軸とし活動しており、現在約30名ほど在籍しており、約10名が正社員・ビジネスパートナーが約20名の内訳となっています。 ・正社員は20代の若手が多く、ビジネスパートナーは古くより弊社業務を支援いただいているベテランが多いですが、複数あるチームにおいていずれもチーム内のコミュニケーションが活発で風通しがよいことが特徴で、助け合い、支え合いながらプロジェクトを遂行しています。
