デンソーテクノは、自動車部品サプライヤーデンソーグループにおいて、開発設計を担う設計専門会社です。自動車産業は今、100年に一度の大変革期を迎えています。私たちは、「CASE（コネクティッド・自動運転・シェアリング・電動化）」、「MaaS（移動サービス）」に対応し、より安全・安心・便利で環境にやさしいモビリティの実現に向けて、先進技術をいち早く社会に実装する役割を担っています。「今の驚き」を「未来の当たり前」へ、共にチャレンジし、共にやり遂げ、共に達成感を共有できる仲間を求めています。「不良を作らない」「止まらない」製造ラインの実現に向けたIoTシステム構築において、仕様検討から製造ラインの立ち上げまで一連の工程に携わっていただきます。ビッグデータ解析によるデータの可視化を行い、設備故障、品質不良の予知予測、改善を行います。【具体的なプロジェクト】 ■ADAS ECUの製造ライン工程設計および生産準備業務先進安全/高度運転支援システムに不可欠なECUの組付等の製造ラインにおいて、サイクルタイム等の顧客の要求仕様を満足する設備の設計、検証を行ない、ECU製造ラインを構築します。また、ECU製品の外観検査設備導入・調整業務の拡販を目指します。【期待すること】製造ラインには設備計画部署である生産技術、設備製作を行うメーカー、生産に従事する生産課など多くの関係部署を巻き込み、プロジェクトを推進することがと求められます。コストダウンや改善のアイデア等、提案いただくことを期待しています。また、自己成長だけでなく、いずれはリーダー・マネージャーとして、後進育成やメンバーの業務管理・QCD管理など、幅広く活躍いただきたいと考えています。
