職務概要 AIロボティクスなどの開発と現場実装をリードし、フィジカルAI領域の中核人材として活躍いただきます 募集背景 ロボットなどを利用して、製造・研究現場の各種自動化を推進するエンジニアを募集します。 職務詳細 ■主な業務内容 チームメンバーと協力しながら以下のような業務を進めていただきます。 ・研究開発、生産技術開発プロジェクトへの参画 ・要件定義、機能開発・実装、テスト、サービスへの組み込み ・プロジェクト及びチームメンバーとディスカッションし、一緒に手を動かしながら 既存製品の価値向上を目指します ■ポイント 社内の様々な研究開発や生産拠点と一体になって、ロボットやAIなどの先進技術を現場へ適用していきます。 現場起点の技術課題の解決から、未自動化領域への先端技術の「現場への落とし込み」プロセスを牽引していただきます。 ＜従事すべき業務の変更の範囲＞ 会社が定める業務 ＜仕事の魅力・やりがい＞ ロボティクス、フィジカルAIといった最新技術を習得頂き、その技術を事業価値につなげていく過程で大きな成長が期待できます。 ＜キャリアパスイメージ＞ ▼1〜3年後 プロジェクトリーダーとして、研究開発テーマまたは生産技術開発テーマに参画いただき、固有技術の深堀、ドメイン技術を習得いただきます ▼3〜5年後 技術リーダー（当該ロボティクス、フィジカルAIの高度専門職への道）としてご活躍いただく、あるいはマネジメントリーダー（グループ長への登用）として手腕を発揮いただくなどの可能性がございます。Company Info
