本ポジションは次世代パワー半導体である化合物半導体GaNの加工技術開発・確立をご担当いただきます。 現在、設置されている装置を最適化させて歩留まり改善を行っていくだけでなく。社外の新技術導入も含め製造装置を導入し、生産技術向上を目指していただきます。 具体的には、以下業務項目を担当いただきます。 化合物半導体GaNのウエハ加工技術の開発業務を中心に、ご経験やご希望などを踏まえて以下に例示する担当業務をご提案いたします。 ◇要素プロセスの開発・条件最適化 ：研磨・スライシング・CMP（化学的機械的研磨）工程などにおけるGaN特有の最適条件を確立します。 ◇新規プロセスフローの構築 ：デバイス設計部門と連携し、要求される特性や信頼性を満たすための新しい加工プロセスを設計します。 ◇歩留まり向上・不良解析 ：試作段階や量産立ち上げ時における欠陥や特性ばらつきの発生メカニズムを解明し、プロセス改善による歩留まり向上を図ります。 ◇量産化技術の確立（スケールアップ） ：大口径ウエハ（例：6インチから8インチへの移行）に伴い量産ラインへの安定的な移管に向けた技術開発を行います。 ◇新規装置の導入・評価 ：装置メーカーと協業し、次世代デバイス製造に向けた最新の加工装置のスペック策定、デモ評価、導入決定および立ち上げを行います。Company Info
