今後成長が見込まれる新分野向けの新規光学部材開発プロジェクトに関わっていただきます。 具体的には新規ガラス材料開発、及びその製造プロセス開発、もしくはこの材料の加工技術を材料に関する知見に基づいて開発する業務に就労していただきます。 配属先組織のミッション・概要 今後成長が見込まれる新分野向けの新規光学部材開発プロジェクトを進めています。 研究所で開発したガラス材料を社内外で特定の仕様に加工し、お客様の試作品や新製品向けに納入しています。 材料も加工プロセスも要求仕様も、これまでよりも進化・難化していますので、開製販が一丸となってプロジェクトを進めています。
