■募集背景 1998年に介護事業をスタートして以降、パナソニックの技術力を強みに 入浴用品や就寝支援用品など様々な介護機器を開発してきました。 介護機器商品市場も、JIS規格など品質を守る基準・製品規格が揃い始め、 今後更なる技術向上が求められています。 そこで、業界のリーディングカンパニーとして、高齢者の方に より「安全で快適な暮らし」をご提供する為、 品質保証部門の組織強化が必須と考え、今回の採用をする運びとなりました。 「品質保証に関する『業界標準』をつくりあげたい」 「品質管理業務の全工程を手がけたい」と 意欲的にチャレンジして頂ける方を募集しています。 ■職務内容 介護機器商品における新商品開発にて、 商品企画や開発、購買管理などの他部門と連携して、 品質を創造してもらいます。 また製造部門を持たないため、製造取引先に出向いて、工程における品質も創造します。 商品知識などを勉強頂くため、クレーム品調査分析なども経験頂きます。 ■取り扱い商品 ご自宅で使用されるシャワーチェア等の入浴用品、 電動ケアベッド等の就寝支援用品の在宅向け商品、 ポータブルトイレ等の排泄介護用品や介護機器の品質保証をお任せいたします。Company Info
