Job Summary
介護用品を必要とするお客様宅へ商品をお届けするお仕事。 配送がない日には、物流拠点で商品のメンテナンスや検品等軽作業を行っていただきます。 具体的には お願いしたいのは当社のレンタル運営部の一員として､ 介護ベッドなど､介護用品を必要とする､一般の個人宅へ配送すること｡ 配送エリアは関東全域と広範囲に及びますが 無理な配送スケジュールを組むことはありません｡ 30分前には納品先に余裕をもって到着できるくらいの ゆとりあるスケジュールですので､安心して取り組んでください。 配送するものによっては納品先での組立や調整も必要となります。 ■車種：ハイエース(カーナビ､バックモニター､ドライブレコーダー完備) ※1.5tトラックを運転する事もあります ■業務量：1日4～5件程度 ■具体的な配送商品：介護ベッド、置き型手すり、車いす ※基本1人での配送ですが、重い商品を納品する際は複数名で行います。 同行しながら学べるので未経験者も安心 普通運転免許をお持ちであれば 配送の経験や介護業界の知識･経験は問いません｡ 入社後は先輩社員との同行からのスタート｡ どんな介護用品があるのか､積み込みのコツ､ 現地でのお客様とのコミュニケーションのとり方､搬入方法など 一つひとつじっくり学んでいってもらいます｡ 全く福祉関係の知識･経験がない方でも 3ヶ月の同行で独り立ちまでサポートします｡Company Info
