株式会社TENTIALについて 「健康に前向きな社会を創り、人類のポテンシャルを引き出す。」をミッションに掲げ、2018年の創業以来、急成長を続けるスタートアップです。 TENTIAL（テンシャル）は、2019年に誕生したコンディショニングブランドで、 アスリートの知見や最新の技術・研究を活用し、機能性を軸とした、24時間365日、コンディショニングができる製品を展開しています。 お任せしたい役割 TENTIALのR&D担当をお任せします。新商品開発のおける製品に付与するコンディショニングコンセプトの立案と、そのコンセプトを実証するためのエビデンス周りの研究のディレクションとプロジェクトマネジメントを行う。また、エビデンス取得に関しては、試験担当者として実行も担当し、TENTIAL商品を医学的・科学的に証明された商品にしていくことが主なミッションです。 アカデミック機関（大学等）等の外部パートナーとの取り組みにおける、エビデンス研究のディレクション・プロジェクトマネージメント業務 各商品に付与するコンディショニングコンセプトの立案 新商品開発のエビデンス取得全体のスケジュール管理 各商品のエビデンスの試験計画の立案、試験の実施（社外と社内試験の両方） 新規技術や素材開発のための評価計画立案および実行Company Info
