当社が取り組む「人が操縦するロボット」開発プロジェクトにおいて、 開発チームの「イチ員」として、 エンジニアたちが開発に集中できる環境をつくる “遂行役” を担っていただきます。 当社は、遠隔操作ロボットの研究開発を通じて、 インフラ保守、建設、災害対応、物流、製造現場など 作業の複雑性や、物理的なスペース、ロット数などの制約により 「完全自動化が難しい現場」の機械化を目指しています。 本ポジションは、エンジニアに指示を出す “役職者” ではありません。 進捗管理や仕様の取りまとめはもちろん、 部品調達、社外との折衝、管理部門・事業戦略部との調整など、 エンジニアの業務を前に進めるためであれば、領域を問わず手を動かしていただく役割です。 「肩書きで動かす」のではなく、「自ら動いて開発を前に進める」——そんな働き方ができる環境です。 メーカー、ロボット、重工、電機、IT、SIer、コンサルなどで、 開発PM・PL、技術企画、研究開発マネジメントなどに携わってきた方で、 プレイヤーとして現場に深く入り込むことに価値を感じる方を歓迎します。 ■ 主な業務内容 【開発プロジェクトの進捗推進】 ・エンジニアと並走しながらのスケジュール・タスク管理 ・マイルストーンや段取りの整理、認識合わせ ・開発上のリスク・課題の早期把握と対応 ・経営陣・関連部門への進捗共有 【技術仕様・要件の取りまとめ】 ・顧客要望とエンジニアの橋渡し ・要件・仕様の整理と関係者間の認識合わせ ・技術的トレードオフの論点整理 ・ドキュメント化・情報共有の推進 【部品調達・外部委託・調達周りの実務】 ・部品・機材の調達手配、見積取得、納期調整 ・ベンダー・外部委託先との折衝 ・開発に必要なリソース確保 【社内外の折衝・調整】 ・管理部門との調整（経理、総務、契約、法務など） ・事業戦略部との連携、対外折衝の支援 ・顧客企業・メーカー企業・大学研究室など外部関係者との調整 ・開発現場・顧客現場での折衝・調整 【その他、開発を前に進めるためのあらゆる業務】 ・業務範囲を限定せず、エンジニアの手が止まらないように動く ・「これは自分の仕事ではない」という線引きをしないCompany Info
