Job Summary

■業務内容 新規プロダクトやジオコーディング機能を保有していUPWARDのコアとなるバックエンド開発を担当していただきます。 新規プロダクトは海外へのマーケット拡大を狙い開発を進めており、バックエンドにおいてジオコーディング（緯度経度変換）やPOIデータの開発・管理を実施しております。 さらなる機能強化および拡充を行い市場投下していく予定であり、そのための開発人員拡大を行っております。 ■バックエンド開発の魅力 UPWARDはSalesforceやMicrosoft Dynamicsといったクラウド型のCRMのフロントアプリケーションとして、CRM利活用の課題を解消することを目的とした「Sales Engagement」という領域のサービスです。すなわち、UI/UX（＝顧客にとって使いやすいサービスであること）そのものがプロダクトの付加価値であり、実際の顧客に利用におけるフロントとなるモバイルアプリの重要性は非常に高いです。 UI/UXでは、フロントアプリケーションの使いやすさや見栄えの良さに着目されがちですが、UPWARDの高精度の滞在検知や迅速なデータベースレスポンスのようなバックエンド開発も非常に重要です。 また、UPWARDはグローバルSaaSとして海外展開をしておりますので、これからさらにバックエンド開発の重要度は増していきます。 ■主な業務 ・当社サービス「UPWARD」のiOSアプリ開発および運用 ・新機能や機能改善の提案、実現性調査 ・PdM（プロダクトマネージャー）やデザイナーとの仕様やUI/UXの検討 ■開発言語 / 環境 ・言語：Java ・ソースコード管理：GitHub ・ライブラリ：Java : Spring boot , gRPC , GeoTools ・CI、テスト： Github Actions , JUnit ・運用：Azure Kubernetes Service , Azure SQL Database , Azure Cognitive Search , Redis 【共通】 ・デザイン連携：Figma ・コミュニケーション：Slack ・AIコーディング支援ツール：Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Google AI Studio, ChatGPTなど ■当社で働く魅力 ・UPWARDは地理空間技術や特許取得済みの滞在検知技術など独自技術を活用した開発に取り組めます。 ・CRMの活用課題を解消するため顧客視点に立ち、優れたUI/UXを重視した開発に携われます。 ・契約更新率99％前後という高い水準を維持し、UI/UXにこだわった顧客満足度の高いプロダクト開発を体感できます。 ・海外展開を前提に開発を進めており、APAC展開やタイ支社設立を含め世界で使われるサービスづくりに関われます。 ・残業は月10～20時間程度で、会議や無駄な作業を減らし自由度と裁量を尊重する働き方が可能です。
