オフライン／オンラインを横断したイベントおよびコミュニティを起点としたリード創出、関係構築、商談創出を担うポジションです。 ■業務内容 ① イベントマーケティング ・展示会、カンファレンス、自社イベント、共催セミナー等の企画、運営 ・イベントのKPI設計（リード数、商談化率、受注貢献など） ・ブース設計、コンテンツ企画、登壇企画、運営ディレクション ・営業チームと連携したイベントリードの活用設計 ② コミュニティマーケティング ・ユーザーコミュニティの企画、運営、活性化 ・オンライン／オフラインコミュニティ施策の設計 ・顧客同士の交流、事例共有、エンゲージメント促進施策 ・コミュニティからのファン化、アンバサダー育成 ③ ナーチャリング／後工程マーケティング ・イベント参加者へのナーチャリング設計 ・メールマーケティング施策の企画、実行 ・MAツールを活用したリード育成シナリオ設計 ・コンテンツ設計（事例、ホワイトペーパー、ウェビナー誘導等） ・イベント由来リードの商談化最大化 ④ 分析／改善 ・イベントROIの可視化 ・リード〜商談〜受注までのトラッキング ・データに基づく施策改善 ■使用AIツール Gemini、Claude、GitHub Copilot、Google AI Studio、ChatGPTなど業務に応じて支給Company Info
