マリタイムセキュリティ統括部は、海上自衛隊の護衛艦や航空機に搭載するソーナーシステムの開発を中心に 『海の守り』 に貢献しています。先進的な技術を駆使し、リアルなモノづくりを行い、国家安全保障に貢献する業務です。
【職務内容】
現在、水中音響センサ及びソーナー技術を用いた各種システム、海洋関連のセンシング製品などをベースとし、数理最適化やAIなどの先端技術を活用するシステム開発を進めています。
具体的には、お客様（主に海上自衛隊）が持つ様々な経験や情報、それに基づく意思決定プロセスを分析・モデル化し、数理最適化やAIなどの先端技術を活用することで、より多様な可能性の提示や迅速な意思決定の支援ができるシステムの実現を目指しています。
本ポジションでは、システム開発における、顧客提案からシステム設計、プロジェクトマネジメントを担っていただきます。
