本ポジションは、すでに整備された環境で高度な分析を行う「一般的なデータアナリスト」ではなく、組織のデータ変革をリードする「Enabler & Builder（推進・構築者）」を求めています。散在する人事データのクレンジング、データガバナンスの確立、データ定義のすり合わせを主導し、信頼性の高い「グローバルHRデータ基盤」の構築をend to end で担います。 Role and Responsibility データガバナンス・品質管理 複数の人事システムに散在する要員数・組織構造・異動履歴等のデータを抽出・クレンジングし、信頼できる「単一の真実のソース（Source of Truth）」を構築する。 システムや地域をまたいで一貫性を保つため、データ標準、定義、および品質管理フレームワークを策定・運用する。 経営戦略に沿った、拡張可能かつ持続可能なデータモデルおよびアーキテクチャを設計し、ドキュメント化する。 ステークホルダーマネジメント 各HR機能（HRBP、採用、報酬など）で異なるデータの見解や定義をすり合わせ、各部門のリーダー等と複雑・相反する要件を調整・統合する。 複雑な技術的分析結果をわかりやすいビジネスインサイトへ翻訳し、シニアリーダーのデータ駆動型意思決定を支援する。 データモデリング・可視化 SQL等のツールを用いて高度なクエリやデータモデル、ビューを設計・開発する。 Power BI、Tableau、Excel等を活用し、ビジネスニーズに合致した拡張性のあるダッシュボードやレポート環境を構築・維持する。Company Info
